Tests are conducted in Tulikivi's own laboratory, by the independent organizations listed below, by Virginia Polytechnic Institute and University, and by Omni Environmental Laboratories; additionally, Tulikivi's is a certified ISO 9001 quality management system.

The warranty period for Tulikivi soapstone fireplaces is five (5) years. The Tulikivi warranty covers defects that arise during the warranty period, such as stone material defects and defects in the manufacturing process. Authorized Tulikivi dealers assume responsibility for expenses related to installation defects.
